Niki is a massage therapist specialising in calming and soothing pre and postnatal massage. My massage style is calming and soothing and the massage pressure is always up to you. If there is a specific injury, tension or pain some deeper tissue work may need to be done if you are up for it. We can also incorporate some gentle assisted stretches during or after the massage if it’s indicated.
Mazz is a Postpartum Doula, Infant Massage Instructor and Mum of two who passionately supports families to prepare for and experience a fourth trimester of rest, recovery and bonding with their babies. She has a strong interest in maternal mental health and wellbeing, postpartum nutrition and helping parents to support healthy infant brain development through nurture and responsive parenting.
